I was actually surprised to see this work. As a total sceptic, I dont accept a lot of advertising, but the Koala Cloth really does live up to the hype. The only improvement for me would be, the size. The small 20 x 20 is the perfect size. I should have ordered more of these and not so many of the 60 x 40. I find these too big

Never received it. Placed an order on 4 July 2026, it is now 26 July 2026 and I still haven’t received it. Reached out to customer service and they say it’s not their problem once the carrier company has it and for me to follow up with them. Every other business I have purchased from has taken responsibility for their order right to the end including following up with the carrier company to find out what is going on with the delivery. This company doesn’t seem to care whether you receive your order or not, they leave it up to you to chase the carrier company and try to find your parcel. Very poor customer service.
